Viscri 32 Guesthouse
32, Viscri 507039, Romania
Right in the heart of the village, Viscri 32 belonged to Johan Dootz and is a Saxon house with four windows rebuilt in 1912 on a foundation from 1700. It has been carefully restored by local craftsmen using traditional techniques and materials. The two rooms facing the sun keep the original beams of the house, with carved and painted signatures and are furnished with old painted furniture and some modern pieces, for added comfort. In addition to the two rooms, guests also have access to a small kitchen and dining area adorned with painted Transylvanian stove boards, brick walls with clay finish and restored furniture.
