Located above the village, near the church and orchard, the mansion, as well as the village, belonged to the noble Apafi family. In the sec. XVIII, when they had no heirs, he was taken over by the Bethlen noble family. Over the centuries, it changed its shape and was restored several times in 1830 by the then owner, Graf Haller. In 1920 the mansion was given to the Saxon community, transformed into a cultural home, then confiscated by the Communists in 1949. 

Mihai Eminescu Trust took over the Apafi mansion in 2000 and after 5 years of restoration it was inaugurated in the form of now, the restoration being awarded with the "Europa" award. Apafi Mansion is now a special guest house, with 5 spacious rooms, balcony, library, a large living room, a garden restored with an artesian fountain that takes you to other times.
